Very good Hotel, staff and facilities above expectation.

Bed, staff, location, shower all Exellant.

Pool was cold due to being under building so no sun could warm the water, but did not detract from enjoying the hotel.

Customer service needs improvement. Cleanliness needs an uplift too.

Location was pretty good.

Customer service via the booking assistant was a little rude when I was trying to clarify my bed type. Room has small cockroaches. Housekeeping threw the contact lenses case i left on the table away.

Huge bed which was comfortable. Bath also huge which was great but a little high for getting in and out of. Friendly staff. Great central location.

The location is very close to the center plaza,and very convenient to shop or hang out! The room is big enough with a cleaning bathroom, the bed is confortable too! Such a great time in there.

ew property and nice spacious room. Great breakfast and best services! Located in the center of the city so easy to commute to city attractions. Close to many restaurants and bars Party monster gonna love to stay here! Very value for money ;)

Great hotel just restaurant and swimming pool not as expected.

Bed perfect, staff friendly, great location.

Restaurant was closed most of the time!!, even when open there was no one to meet you, had to call out for someone to help. Swimming pool was In shade so was exceptionally cold all the time, no staff around to help.

Modernised room (though carpet at entrance is a bit old). Nice bathroom with powerful separated shower. Parking with 24 hour security. Friendly staff with reasonable English (which is not common in Isaan)

Noise from the nightclub next door (some nights) may disturb some people. You may get less noise if you have a west-facing room.

There was no stay, but still had to pay 1350 THB

Wanted to cancel my booking which I made only one hour before that. Booking.com mentions it is at the discretion of the hotel to allow cancellation without charge so upon their advice I mailed and called the hotel. The lady on th le phone came up with some stupid excuse it was not possible since it was a booking through the internet. Stayed in the hotel many times before but even this was not possible. If you want to go to a hotel with fair management , DONT go to Glacier. Other hotels in the area are better anyway !

Superb across the board. Staff the best asset. Excellent.

The room was big, the bathroom had excellent space, and the bed was huge and hard. The airconditioner worked properly and was quiet. The whole place exceeded my expectations based on the price. Minibar prices were good. There was a quite extensive room service menu. Best thing was the staff: Check-in was smooth and very efficient and polite. About an hour or so after check-in I got a phone call from reception about my car. I return to find that the security guy had noticed my rear left tyre had gone flat and had told reception. Reception bloke replaced the wheel for me - I use a walking stick and couldn't do it myself. Check out could have been quicker but all the same, they have to check the minibar for any purchases (none, but it took a while for someone to do it)

Really, nothing. But, as a word of advice to the hotel if they read this: If a guest doesn't read Thai or English, they're going to have a hard time ordering room service as, while the menu has small pictures of the dishes, there aren't any numbers next to them. Also, there was no indication when room service was available. Seriously, an excellent hotel. I've been reviewing for decades and if I can only find fault with the room service menu I know I've stayed in a good place

Incredibly cheap for such a good hotel!

+ Incredibly comfy bed -its huge, literally for three people! + staff so nice and speak good english + room and bathroom was huge as well + bath tub was a good surprise for me

+ there were mosquitos in the room + impossible to adjust air-con temperature. I was freezing in the room although outside was over 35 degrees

Lots of comfort in an upscale property. The room was very comfortable with great views of the city. The bed especially was a treat. So comfortable. Breakfast (buffet) was served poolside and was quite good. Ample parking with helpful security. Staff were very attentive and friendly. They held my thing behind the desk after checkout, so I could easily accomplish a few errands without the headache of carrying my bags with me. Transportation isn't needed, as there are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, fitness center, and shopping mall all within a short walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. And, rates were very competitive. Cheaper places can be found, but not without numerous sacrifices.

Good hotel, decent breakfast, some problems with the shower...

Good hotel, decent breakfast, some problems with the shower drain, but over all nice stay. Was warned by the locals to steer clear of the bars near the hotel as they target tourists.

Great room, great bed, great shower, huge bath, TV channels good. Staff helpful and friendly, 5 minute walk to good restaurants and entertainment.

Just a slight observation, pool on 2nd floor is in shade so does not get sunlight at all, water very cold!!.
